Welcome to 32pkr (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 32pkr is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform operated for the benefit of Pakistani users and other users who access the site. When using the Platform, you must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any associated databases or systems.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other harmful software through the Platform.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, degrades or impairs the performance, availability or integrity of the Platform.
• Use any automated tool, bot, spider or scraper to collect data from the Platform without our express written permission.

Breach of any prohibition in this Clause may result in immediate account suspension, termination of access to the Platform and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

32pkr does not process, hold or facilitate deposits or withdrawals of funds. All financial transactions — including deposits to and withdrawals from gambling accounts — are conducted directly between the User and the relevant third-party Operator, subject to that Operator's own terms, conditions and regulatory requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 32pkr, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

In particular, 32pkr accepts no liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a User as a result of gambling activity conducted on any third-party Operator platform.
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any bonus, promotion or offer information described on the Platform.
• Any failure or delay by a third-party Operator in processing deposits, withdrawals or account verifications.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Any conduct that 32pkr reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its users or any third party.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, court order or directive from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your access, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Clauses 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability) and 14 (Governing Law & Disputes).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 32pkr is incorporated or principally operated, as specified in our platform documentation.

In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance using the details set out in Clause 16 so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days.

Nothing in this Clause limits your rights to bring claims before a competent court or applicable regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users should note that dispute resolution options and applicable law may differ from those available in other jurisdictions.

32pkr reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users, for example by displaying a notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.
